  Send the package back to our gallery using a tracked and insured courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team has inspected the returned item to confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
